A healthy diet and lifestyle is such a key part of of overall health and wellbeing, not just on a physical level but a mental and spiritual level. The key is find the right person to work with. Not everyone is going to resonate with me and that’s ok. I take a very holistic approach to health and nutrition, which means I take everything that makes up and affects YOU into consideration, from diet, to lifestyle and physical activity, mental and emotional health, mindset, sleep, family including your health history and

What are Raw Vegan Ginger's qualifications?
I have completed a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and have work experience as a counselor and mentor to at risk teenagers. I am also certificated as a level 1 detoxification specialist through the International School of Detoxification. Within the next year I am continuing my education to obtain a holistic nutritionist. As far as personal lifestyle experience, I have lived a healthy plant based vegan lifestyle for over 7 years with an emphasis on a fruit based lifestyle for nearly 5 years.

How many sessions will I need?
This will depend on your individual needs, your goals and your budget. Some people may need 1 or 2 sessions, others may need more consistent help. Either way, I am here for you, just reach out!

Do you provide meal plans?
Absolutely! I can create an individualized meal plan based off of your unique lifestyle that fits within your budget to keep you on track with you goals. I do not recommend all of my clients to eat like me. I understand there is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to diet and lifestyle. For something to 

I live in another state or country, can you still coach me?
Absolutely! Although face to face sessions are powerful, thanks to technology, we can talk on the phone, FaceTime or by Skype online. Depending on the current time zone you are in, we can schedule a time that works best for you.
